At Sackville, we encourage and assist students to develop their talents and strengths and bring out their best.

At the same time, when areas of weakness are identified, we work carefully with the students to improve them.
The individual
Sackville is very different from other schools in the way we manage our individual boys and girls.

With small groups, everyone knows everyone else and there is nowhere to hide.  The small groups allow each member of our teaching staff to understand individual students learning needs and to identify talents.

Students are taught according to each persons needs to ensure their success.  Sackville, by design is a small school.  The student roll will not exceed 200.  Class sizes are kept small, with 16 the norm in years 7 to 11 (up to GCSE), and 6 in Years 12 and 13 (A level).
